Hey friends 👋
This past week was a busy one for me and my team. Why? We were getting ready for Mockup 3.9’s release!
It all kicked off with a team meeting to decide on our release checklist — from crafting the "what's new" copy and updated description, to designing eye-catching App Store event visual, updating screenshots, and planning our social media posts. Indeed, it was a long list!
As for me, my role involved adding those final touches to the update—a little bit of tweaking here, a bit of polishing there.
With the team handling the heavy lifting, I had the opportunity to take on a freelance project. It was a small project where I added two tiny features, optimized performance, and squashed a few bugs. It felt like a piece of cake for me.
Besides that, I dedicated a significant chunk of my time to a brand-new app. I haven't announced it yet, but I'm sharing some sneak peeks in my IG stories.
Day by day, I followed up with my team, tracking their progress, providing feedback, and clearing any roadblocks they faced. This collaborative effort not only amplifies our results, but also frees me up to explore other projects.
By the end of the week, everything was set for the update, and I submitted it for review. The launch is scheduled for Friday. I'm very excited to see how our users react to the new features!
That wraps up this week. Thanks for reading.
